Male Strippers Hands On Experience

Well Friday night brought a pleasant surprise, Collar & Cuffs @ The Penthouse Nightclub as there was a fundraiser for the Red Cross. I'm not actually employed by Collar & Cuffs but do a regular (practically weekly) guest spot there for them.

On to today's subject though - Male Strippers being a Hands On Experience. Saturday night at Collar & Cuffs seemed like it was going to be a good night as soon as I walked through the door. The opening show was on and the crowd was already going ballistic. That's pretty strange for that time of the night because usually everyone is still pretty sober at 9.30! The club was 3/4 full with a couple of Hens Nights out: 1 group of young girls in fancy dress, and 1 group of middle aged girls. By the end of the first show half of the crowd was out of their seats singing and dancing along, and a lot of girls were trying to get a feel of the now naked Cop.

Come the second show, it looked like these girls had the taste for bare flesh. Once our Racing Car Driver had left the stage, the crowd wasn't going to make it easy for him to get back on! I felt sorry for the poor guy, he's only a newbie and I'm sure he lost a bit of skin on a few claws. Well after his show, I went out the back to hand him his camera as he had asked me to record the show (unfortunately the batteries ran out). Let's just say, this guy wasn't too happy at more than a few of the girls in the crowd - he'd been traumatised by girls grabbing and pulling at him and was feeling quite pissed off. I have to say, that I do relate to how he was feeling.

Some girls think that because a Male Strip Show is a hands on experience, they can do whatever they like to us: slap our arse, flick our g-string, give us a wedgy, grab and pull our man parts, pour drinks down our backs, etc. It all sounds like pretty funny behaviour, but seriously, we don't like it, the 1st or the 10th time. If we mention we don't like it, some girls get instantly defensive and the come back is usually - "are you gay?". No we're not 'gay' because we don't like how you are treating us, we just don't like some slapper thinking it's funny to abuse us. We are there to have a fun time with you, give you something to look at, giggle about next week, dance with, serve drinks and flirt. Doesn't that sound much more pleasant for everyone, and most girls act this way and give us the respect. Unfortunately there are a few that don't. If a guy even looked at a female stripper the wrong way, she would either leave the party or the guy would be ejected from the club.

Well enough complaining for me this week. Most of Saturdays crowd was well behaved and as a whole they were the loudest bunch of girls that have been in the club in months.

Striptease In The Winter

So what's been happening over the last week... well to tell the truth, not a lot! You see the thing with the stripping world is that it only seems to operate for half of the year. Why is this you ask? Well stripping basically lives off wedding season, and put simply, no one gets married in Winter. No hens nights and bucks parties, no strippers required.

Most of the work in the colder seasons operates around birthdays (18th, 21st, 30th, etc) and nightclub stage shows. I have to say that I do enjoy the stage shows and they are a welcomed change to my regular private gigs on a Saturday night. These show usually attract 150+ girls and all the guys enjoy performing in front of a crowd that large with all the proper lights and music. Much more of a feature show and an entire night out for the girls.

The other advantage that Winter does bring is that it give my body a chance to recover! I'll tell you, after working my full-time job during the week and doing a few private gigs on a Saturday night, my Sundays are usually spent in pain from the week gone by. Sundays in Winter I actually have enough energy to do normal Sunday activities and spend time with my girlfriend.

By past experience wedding season traditionally begins around late August - early September, so it looks like I can enjoy my free Saturday nights until then, even if I am feeling a little poor.

PS - I will be looking for some new guys and girls to work for us in Spring, so if you are interested or know someone that may be interested in stripping or waitressing, feel free to drop me a line.

Life Of A Male Stripper

Thanks for stopping by my blog. Well if you haven't picked it up by now, I'm a male stripper from Perth, Western Australia. Basically I've been in the industry since the beginning of 2003 and now run my own agency (temporarily) called Perth Stripper. I have a lovely girlfriend by the name of Felix who also works in the biz. You may have heard of her, you may have not - if the latter, you might want to check out her Pole Dancing site at FelixPoleDancing.com.au, it's all about the performance and fitness side of Pole Dancing.

Ok, so now I've done the introduction(s), what's this blog all about? Well I get a lot of guys and girls asking me what my life is all about and wanting to here all the juicy stories. Sorry to tell you, but there aren't that may juicy stories anymore - I've been in the game for going on 6 years and I'm in a relationship - so I'm going to try and let you in on the following things:
  1. The 'new' experiences I encounter whilst on the job as a male stripper
  2. My thoughts on what I experience
  3. Any tips or revelations I may have in the world of guys, girls and relationships
Enjoy the read and I hope to hear from you,

Chris.
